Chocolate tiramisu



Measures for 6 servings

  • 300g dark chocolate
  • 400g marscapone
  • 150g crème fraiche or double cream
  • 400ml strong black coffee (sweetened according to your taste)
  • 36 boudoir biscuits
  • cocoa powder to decorate

  1. Whip the cream until thick
  2. Mix in the marscapone
  3. Melt the chocolate, leave to cool for a while, then stir into the cream mixture
  4. Quickly dip the boudoir biscuits into the coffee, then place them across the base of a serving dish.
  5. Cover them with a layer of cream mixture and then repeat layers until all the ingredients are used up.
  6. Sprinkle over cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
