Cut 6 circles of pastry to fit tartlet moulds and place them in the moulds.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour and 50g of sugar.
Add the milk, little by little, stirring all the time. Add the vanilla and mix in.
Pour this mixture into the pastry bases and add the red fruits. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and cook for about 30 minutes in the bottom part of the oven. Leave to cool then refrigerate for 1 hour.
